These bars do not have it, only a small hollow in the underside, this means that where the tape stops, just before the wing shape starts the cables come out and in my case drove me crazy, its irritating and they always feel in the way when you ride on the tops. Many of the wing top bars have a cable routing tube, either in the handle bar or running along the underneath of the wing top, this guides the cables to the point where they would exit under the bar tape on a normal round bar.
